Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Marc Schwab started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. An unexpectedly hard shot by Niklaus Schwarzfischer in the 4th minute of play forced Niederholsten's goalkeeper Marcello Rehbach to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Paul Amelung showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marc Schwab, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Günter Baumann charged in rather forcefully in the 8th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Günter Baumann the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Köchingen's Günter Baumann got a free kick in the 9th minute. In the 14th minute, Richard Kalvelage got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 15 played minutes Niederholsten got a freekick which was hit by Friedrich Laier. Adam Wilmen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Paul Amelung tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Niklaus Schwarzfischer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Richard Kalvelage was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 32nd minute. Köchingen's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Niklaus Schwarzfischer made a kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Niederholsten's zone, Richard Kalvelage stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcello Rehbach came out of the goal and Richard Kalvelage tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Simon Illmann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Niklaus Schwarzfischer in the 57th minute of play forced Niederholsten's goalkeeper Marcello Rehbach to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Niklaus Schwarzfischer managed to get in a good position for a shot. Köchingen's supporters rose to their feet, but Niklaus Schwarzfischer was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marcello Rehbach breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Marcello Rehbach showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Richard Kalvelage, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. In the 62nd minute, Niklaus Schwarzfischer made a precise shot to the right of Marcello Rehbach. Niederholsten's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cosmo Dusend during the 67th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 67th match minute, Niederholsten was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cosmo Dusend to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Richard Kalvelage in the 71st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marcello Rehbach prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Marc Schwab sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 73 minutes into the game, Aaron Gehlhaar was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Niederholsten's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Köchingen the free kick. Aaron Gehlhaar hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Marcello Rehbach came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by Köchingen's Richard Kalvelage. But to his dismay, Richard Kalvelage quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Eliah Boberg hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. When Eliah Boberg fell near the penalty area in the 86th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Niederholsten's protests and gave Eliah Boberg a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Niederholsten's Eliah Boberg got a free kick in the 86th minute. Fritz Burkart took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 87th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Marcello Rehbach. Niederholsten's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Marcello Rehbach made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Richard Kalvelage in the 93rd minute of play. Köchingen walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
