The audience thought a goal was coming when Rainder Dick got free with Kristian Willem Tauscher in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Dennis Riehm fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raik Meisl having to interfere. If Rainder Dick had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rainder Dick might have been able to make a better finish in the 29th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kristian Willem Tauscher. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rainder Dick ran back to his position shaking his head. If Rainder Dick had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Miguel Schollenberger sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Matt Freese was the one to do the kick off. In the 59th minute Miguel Schollenberger shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kristian Willem Tauscher saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 61st minute, Miguel Schollenberger left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bentkrögen fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miguel Schollenberger in the 65th minute of play forced Teufelsbande Windsbach's goalkeeper Kristian Willem Tauscher to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rainder Dick received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. The Teufelsbande Windsbach fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kristian Willem Tauscher should have stopped the shot. Kristian Willem Tauscher showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rainder Dick in the 78th minute of the match. Kristian Willem Tauscher showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miguel Schollenberger, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. In the 86th minute of the match Carsten Hässler sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Kristian Willem Tauscher skillfully saved the ball. Matt Freese sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kristian Willem Tauscher took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miguel Schollenberger, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Maurice  von Egidy fell near the penalty area in the 96th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Teufelsbande Windsbach's protests and gave Maurice  von Egidy a yellow card for diving instead. In the 96th minute, Maurice  von Egidy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the referee ended the match the Bentkrögen players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
