Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Theo Leibrecht kicked off to start the match. In the 11th minute, Wismut Aue's Raik West seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Raik West the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Wismut Aue protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Raik West had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 10 minutes into the game, one of Wismut Aue:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Anatol Klumpp had in the 12thth minute some difficulties stopping Melchior Schweickert's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. A collision led to Wismut Aue getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Tristan Lautenbach hit a great ball. Anatol Klumpp showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ari Frijia, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Anatol Klumpp took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fredi Buß, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 1-0 became the score in the 30th minute when Tristan Lautenbach elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Theo Leibrecht's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Achmed Gref was relentless in the 42nd minute of the game. FC Grafing Stadt's Achmed Gref proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save FC Grafing Stadt from getting a goal against them. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ari Frijia stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tristan Lautenbach in the 51st minute of play forced FC Grafing Stadt's goalkeeper Achmed Gref to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alexander Grabosch charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alexander Grabosch the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 53rd minute, Alexander Grabosch hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 58th minute Theo Leibrecht shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Achmed Gref saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Achmed Gref showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Theo Leibrecht in the 59th minute of the match. Ari Frijia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anatol Klumpp having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Theo Leibrecht during the 81st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 82nd match minute, Wismut Aue was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Theo Leibrecht to maneuver through the defense. When Tristan Lautenbach fell near the penalty area in the 84th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Wismut Aue's protests and gave Tristan Lautenbach a yellow card for diving instead. The goalkeeper, Anatol Klumpp, was totally fooled by FC Grafing Stadt's Melchior Schweickert, who 86 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Anatol Klumpp made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Ari Frijia sent off a good shot on target. FC Grafing Stadt's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
