After 15 played minutes Udenborn got a freekick which was hit by David Wald. 22 minutes into the match, TSG Leiferde's goal looked a bit too open when Hartmut Kosch came free, but Mirko Damm reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mirko Damm showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Virgil Degener in the 23rd minute of the match. Joseph Kellermann recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Raphael Mall fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stanislaw Babetzki having to interfere. In the 42nd minute, Velten Wenzel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Laurenz Resch during the 63rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 65th minute, Udenborn's Hartmut Kosch ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Mirko Damm. Mirko Damm yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-2. Mirko Damm made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Virgil Degener in the 72nd minute of play. 73 minutes into the game, Udenborn's Hartmut Kosch nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mirko Damm made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Velten Wenzel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Stanislaw Babetzki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mirko Damm was a little too slow when Rollo Ringelnatz got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 80th minute. The score was now 0-4. The supporters of Udenborn booed when TSG Leiferde was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Niels Odemer didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 83rd minute Virgil Degener shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mirko Damm saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hartmut Kosch could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Mirko Damm made a huge save. Friedl Bruhn could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Mirko Damm made a huge save. After 90 minutes of play, Udenborn's Friedl Bruhn made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mirko Damm was left in no man's land by his defense there! The TSG Leiferde supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Udenborn's performance. The match ended with a win for Udenborn.
