Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Mirco Frohn kicked off to start the match. Helko Meisl made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jochen Ockert in the 5th minute. Mirco Frohn recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Blut Royale Cologne's Kai Quack got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Helko Meisl made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jochen Ockert in the 12th minute of play. Kai Quack let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 14th minute shot 1-0 at rihgt post. In the 19th minute Jochen Ockert shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Helko Meisl saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jochen Ockert sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Jochen Ockert kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Helko Meisl. That made the score 2-0 in the 24 minute of play. Gerrit Hartwig struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Helko Meisl didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Blut Royale Cologne. With a little luck, SV Neustadt-Pelzerhaken's Helko Meisl got control of the ball when Kai Quack tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, SV Neustadt-Pelzerhaken's Björn Kahn got a free kick in the 42nd minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jochen Ockert stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Gerd Löhnert fired away a difficult shot at goal in the 52nd minute. He almost succeeded, but the ball went over. It was a very nice shot. Jochen Ockert received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Helko Meisl tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. SV Neustadt-Pelzerhaken's Helko Meisl played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kai Quack in the 57th minute of play. Ramon Guzikowski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mirco Frohn went, in the 60th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Helko Meisl came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by Blut Royale Cologne's Kai Quack. But to his dismay, Kai Quack quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Ramon Guzikowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mirco Frohn, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Blut Royale Cologne getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Frederik Grupe hit a great ball. Ramon Guzikowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hermann Nierlein, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. 84 minutes into the match, SV Neustadt-Pelzerhaken's goal looked a bit too open when Jochen Ockert came free, but Helko Meisl reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With an all-out effort, SV Neustadt-Pelzerhaken's Ramon Guzikowski threw himself towards the right post 86 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Hermann Nierlein, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 87th match minute, Blut Royale Cologne was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roland Winitzki to maneuver through the defense. A throw-in in the 94th minute of the game was made by Femke Heisters with Jochen Ockert as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. An unexpectedly hard shot by Axel Rössel in the 96th minute of play forced SV Neustadt-Pelzerhaken's goalkeeper Helko Meisl to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
