Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Remo Totti made the kick off and thus started the match. After 4 played minutes VFR Stommeln got a freekick which was hit by Dietrich Kleber. Jan Backes came free with the goalkeeper in the 7th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Patrick Heimann could save by the left post. Patrick Heimann made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Jan Backes sent off a good shot on target. In the 10th minute, Rolf Hach got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 11th minute, Jan Backes made a precise shot to the right of Patrick Heimann. VFR Stommeln's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Lusitânia's Jan Backes came free and shot a quick shot against goal 18 minutes in the game, fortunately Patrick Heimann had problems saving as it came toward the left post. Remo Totti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Dimitri Grobmaul tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 3-0 became the score in the 21st minute when Jan Backes elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Patrick Heimann came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by Lusitânia's Jan Backes. But to his dismay, Jan Backes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. After having played for 29 minutes, Jan Backes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lusitânia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jan Backes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lusitânia's Manfred Tauss got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Patrick Heimann came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by Lusitânia's Jan Backes. But to his dismay, Jan Backes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Patrick Heimann showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chris Sperlich, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. In the 39th minute, Jan Backes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lusitânia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. In the 43rd minute, Lusitânia's Jan Backes dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 7-0. When Stephan Vollmer came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the VFR Stommeln fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Stephan Vollmer couldn't finish the play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 7-0.

Stephan Vollmer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Dimitri Grobmaul tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jan Backes took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Patrick Heimann. Patrick Heimann dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-0. After 59 minutes of play, Lusitânia's Jan Backes made it 9-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Patrick Heimann was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 62nd minute, Rolf Hach left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lusitânia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 10-0. After some careless play in the VFR Stommeln defense, Jan Backes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Patrick Heimann. The VFR Stommeln fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Patrick Heimann should have stopped the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Remo Totti got free with Dimitri Grobmaul in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Lusitânia's Jan Backes in the 79th minute got a chance for a shot 79th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye VFR Stommeln's goalie prevented a goal. Patrick Heimann took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Manfred Tauss, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Baptist Strachowitz charged in rather forcefully in the 82nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Baptist Strachowitz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 83rd minute, Baptist Strachowitz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to VFR Stommeln getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Remo Totti hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Knut Molkenthin during the 87th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Jan Backes struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Patrick Heimann didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lusitânia. A collision led to VFR Stommeln getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Remo Totti hit a great ball. After 90th play minutes Jan Backes shot 13-1, a short shot which went by Patrick Heimann and just under the crossbar into goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jan Backes in the 93rd minute of play forced VFR Stommeln's goalkeeper Patrick Heimann to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Patrick Heimann made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jan Backes in the 95th minute of play.
