The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Immanuel Haubold blasted a shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without André Demel having to make a save. Immanuel Haubold fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without André Demel having to interfere. Immanuel Haubold scored 0-2 in the 23rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of André Demel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Braunsfeld FSV's Pascal Gerlach came free and shot a quick shot against goal 25 minutes in the game, fortunately Arnulf Wölfle had problems saving as it came toward the left post. After a rather tough play, Alemannia Aachen's Phoenix Störmsdörfer got a free kick in the 27th minute. Braunsfeld FSV's Henning Marx got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Arnulf Wölfle didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 41st minute, which inside left pole to 1-2. Immanuel Haubold recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 98th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Alemannia Aachen players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
