Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Peter Kürten made the kick off which started today's match. Peter Kürten recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Christopher Ellinghaus struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Leopold Hartdegen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gittelde FSV. Christopher Ellinghaus was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 19th minute. Gittelde FSV's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. If Sebastian Dullinger had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sebastian Dullinger might have been able to make a better finish in the 22nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gennaro Wiesemann. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sebastian Dullinger ran back to his position shaking his head. Gerke Zepek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gennaro Wiesemann having to interfere. In the 26th minute, Peter Kürten got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Christopher Ellinghaus struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Leopold Hartdegen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gittelde FSV. Christopher Ellinghaus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sebastian Dullinger in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gennaro Wiesemann prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Fabian Eller charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fabian Eller the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Gittelde FSV's Fabian Eller got a free kick in the 35th minute. Gennaro Wiesemann made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gerke Zepek in the 38th minute of play. Christopher Ellinghaus could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Leopold Hartdegen made a huge save.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gerke Zepek was the one to do the kick off. Through an outstanding action, after 52 minutes, Gennaro Wiesemann successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Peter Kürten fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leopold Hartdegen having to interfere. 55 minutes into the match, Peter Kürten had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Leopold Hartdegen. RWD2's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Peter Kürten was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Peter Kürten in the 62nd minute of play forced RWD2's goalkeeper Leopold Hartdegen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. RWD2's Leopold Hartdegen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Peter Kürten in the 68th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in RWD2's zone, Peter Kürten stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leopold Hartdegen came out of the goal and Peter Kürten tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 85thth minute of the game Peter Kürten who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but RWD2's Leopold Hartdegen was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Gerold Karis charged in rather forcefully in the 89th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gerold Karis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Gerold Karis kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. RWD2 were awarded a corner in the 93th minute after Gittelde FSV's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Roman Gohmert took the corner. RWD2's Roman Gohmert was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Gennaro Wiesemann in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Gittelde FSV had played much better football throughout.
