RWD2's Leopold Hartdegen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henning Marx in the 25th minute of play. The supporters of Braunsfeld FSV booed when RWD2 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roman Gohmert didn't get a good kick on the ball. Evrim Fazio charged in rather forcefully in the 30th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Henning Marx made a kick off. Leopold Hartdegen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henning Marx, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Braunsfeld FSV walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
