Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Axel Jaspers took the kick off in the first half of the match. Hartwin Blieske received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Raphael Kessler tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Axel Jaspers took the ball and in the 6 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Boppo Hofmeister. Boppo Hofmeister dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After a rather tough play, FC Godfather's Lars Hammermüller got a free kick in the 10th minute. Pankraz Hermsdorf was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 10th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Hartwin Blieske fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raphael Kessler having to interfere. The supporters of Ahelle booed when FC Godfather was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Steve Garbe didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Axel Jaspers in the 17th minute of play forced Ahelle's goalkeeper Boppo Hofmeister to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, FC Godfather's Raphael Kessler got control of the ball when Hartwin Blieske tried to sneak it across the goal line. Pankraz Hermsdorf who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 23rdth minute tested the skills of Raphael Kessler when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Hartwin Blieske's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Raphael Kessler firmly grabbed it by the left post. Pankraz Hermsdorf's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Raphael Kessler read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. Pankraz Hermsdorf could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Raphael Kessler made a huge save. The supporters of Ahelle booed when FC Godfather was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lars Hammermüller didn't get a good kick on the ball. 39 minutes into the match, Ahelle's Pankraz Hermsdorf sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Raphael Kessler narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 42nd minute, Thorsten Greif hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 43 minutes into the match, Ahelle's goal looked a bit too open when Axel Jaspers came free, but Boppo Hofmeister reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hartwin Blieske received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Raphael Kessler tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hartwin Blieske to make the kick off. Raphael Kessler showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pankraz Hermsdorf, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. The audience was convinced that Pankraz Hermsdorf's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Raphael Kessler was relentless in the 62nd minute of the game. After 64 played minutes FC Godfather got a freekick which was hit by Lars Hammermüller. Raphael Kessler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pankraz Hermsdorf in the 65th minute of play. Hartwin Blieske's late challenge caught a FC Godfather's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hartwin Blieske helped the player get up and apologised. In the 70th match minute, Ahelle was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hartwin Blieske to maneuver through the defense. In the 72nd minute Pankraz Hermsdorf shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raphael Kessler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 78 played minutes FC Godfather got a freekick which was hit by Stefan Madl. Ahelle's Hartwin Blieske got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Pankraz Hermsdorf had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Enak Mosblech got free with Boppo Hofmeister in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. FC Godfather succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Ahelle had controlled the match.
