Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Anton Reininger made the kick off which started today's match. Sören Brockmüller received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Otmar Steffens tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anton Reininger in the 18th minute of play forced Sainscheid's goalkeeper Roger Heermann to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Anton Reiningers short, quick shot in the 20thth minute got Roger Heermann to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Otmar Steffens took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sören Brockmüller, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Through an outstanding action, after 23 minutes, Roger Heermann successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 25th minute Anton Reininger shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roger Heermann saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Niclas Behrenbeck recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Edmond Zwerger kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Sainscheid's Roger Heermann proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Sainscheid from getting a goal against them. In the 35th minute, Anton Reininger got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Sören Brockmüller had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 42nd minute of the match Mika Lameck shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Otmar Steffens showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Volker Hofmeier's late challenge caught a Sainscheid's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Volker Hofmeier helped the player get up and apologised. After the first half Sainscheid were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gregor Assmann stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Sainscheid's zone, Volker Hofmeier stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Roger Heermann came out of the goal and Volker Hofmeier tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 58 minutes into the match, Bokelerostermoor's Anton Reininger sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Roger Heermann narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Roger Heermann took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Niclas Behrenbeck, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 61st minute Niclas Behrenbeck shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roger Heermann saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sören Brockmüller fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Otmar Steffens having to interfere. After some careless play in the Sainscheid defense, Anton Reininger kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Roger Heermann. The Sainscheid fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Roger Heermann should have stopped the shot. In the 71st minute, Sören Brockmüller left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sainscheid fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Sören Brockmüller received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. A very good chance for a goal. With his leg Otmar Steffens managed to avoid a goal in the 89thth minute, when Sainscheid's Sören Brockmüller fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. With 97 minutes on the clock, Mika Lameck commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. 96 minutes into the game, one of Sainscheid:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 99th minute there was a penalty for Bokelerostermoor. Thomas Adelfinger stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Roger Heermann. 2-2. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
