In the 6th match minute, Altenmittlau was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Laurenz Schur to maneuver through the defense. sdfsdfd's Johannes Plaaten shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 7th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Detlef Resch but with some difficulty. After 9 played minutes sdfsdfd got a freekick which was hit by Johannes Plaaten. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ulrich Fiedeler in the 10th minute of play forced sdfsdfd's goalkeeper Dariusz Neoral to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Detlef Resch showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wolf Kothe in the 13th minute of the match. Detlef Resch stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Johannes Plaaten's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. Detlef Resch made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Johannes Plaaten in the 16th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ralf Schlesinger during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 18 played minutes Altenmittlau got a freekick which was hit by Ralf Schlesinger. A collision led to Altenmittlau getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Laurenz Schur hit a great ball. Ralf Schlesinger was shown his second yellow card after 25 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Detlef Resch was a little too slow when Johannes Plaaten got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 29th minute. The score was now 1-0. The crowd rose to their feet as sdfsdfd's Johannes Plaaten slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Detlef Resch. That made the score 2-0 after 35 minutes of play. After a defensive mix-up in sdfsdfd's zone, Karsten Helmer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dariusz Neoral came out of the goal and Karsten Helmer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Detlef Resch made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Johannes Plaaten in the 44th minute of play. Detlef Resch took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Johannes Plaaten, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Johannes Plaaten to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 56th match minute, Altenmittlau was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gerd Schiefer to maneuver through the defense. When Thilo Nowak fell near the penalty area in the 60th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Altenmittlau's protests and gave Thilo Nowak a yellow card for diving instead. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 59th minute of the game. One of Altenmittlau:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of sdfsdfd:s goal. 72 minutes into the match, Altenmittlau's goal looked a bit too open when Johannes Plaaten came free, but Detlef Resch reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 77th minute Luka Marchl shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Detlef Resch saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Johannes Plaaten fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Detlef Resch having to interfere. Detlef Resch showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gary Petters, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. 87 minutes into the match, Altenmittlau's goal looked a bit too open when Luka Marchl came free, but Detlef Resch reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. sdfsdfd's Wolf Kothe suffered a sprained foot after 87 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Markus Göger charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Markus Göger the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Markus Göger kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Altenmittlau's Gerd Schiefer got a free kick in the 90th minute. 94 minutes into the match, Altenmittlau's goal looked a bit too open when Witold Marx came free, but Detlef Resch reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Constantin Vorholt made in the 96th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Altenmittlau's Thilo Nowak.
