The audience thought a goal was coming when Josua Kuhles got free with Leon Kehl in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Fred Garbe charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Leon Kehl came out of the goal and Manfred Diem tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Leon Kehl made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Josua Kuhles sent off a good shot on target. Rudolf Dörr made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rainer Nießen in the 37th minute of play. Leon Kehl showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Boris Fackler, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Leon Kehl stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Justin Schaffert's shot from short distance in the 46th minute. Angelo Verpoort hit a great ball. In the 70th minute of the match Manfred Diem sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Leon Kehl skillfully saved the ball. Rainer Nießen in the 72ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Rudolf Dörr, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rainer Nießen in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rudolf Dörr saved Outer Space FC from getting behind. Leon Kehl took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Boris Fackler, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Josua Kuhles in the 78th minute of play forced Besitz's goalkeeper Leon Kehl to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 82ndth minute of the game Joost Mackenthun who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Besitz's Leon Kehl was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 84 minutes had been played when some careless play by Besitz's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Manfred Diem was slow to take the kick. During this time Outer Space FC's players had a chance to rest. 87 minutes into the match, Besitz's goal looked a bit too open when Boris Fackler came free, but Leon Kehl reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leon Kehl showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Boris Fackler in the 88th minute of the match. Thomas Müller hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Joost Mackenthun might have been able to make a better finish in the 95th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Leon Kehl. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Joost Mackenthun ran back to his position shaking his head. There was no doubt that Outer Space FC were the better team. Outer Space FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
