Philippe Stössel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lorenzo Schwyzer in the 3rd minute of play. Lorenzo Schwyzer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. FC Tsatsai R.I.P.'s Eduardo Otter got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Philippe Stössel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernhard Couto in the 9th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Piedro Reich in the 11th minute of play forced FC Green Devils's goalkeeper Curtiz Büeler to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, FC Tsatsai R.I.P.'s Maurus Betz got a free kick in the 13th minute. When FC Green Devils's Bernhard Couto in 15 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Philippe Stössel guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Bernhard Couto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Philippe Stössel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 23 minutes, Piedro Reich managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Tsatsai R.I.P.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Piedro Reich was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lorenzo Schwyzer in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Philippe Stössel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The FC Green Devils fans' excitement grew in the 27th match minute when FC Green Devils's Lorenzo Schwyzer looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 32nd minute Bernhard Couto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Philippe Stössel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eduardo Otter fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Curtiz Büeler having to interfere. Bernhard Couto struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Philippe Stössel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Green Devils. In the 42nd minute Piedro Reich shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Curtiz Büeler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 44 minutes of play, FC Tsatsai R.I.P.'s Eduardo Otter made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Curtiz Büeler was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Lorenzo Schwyzer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

After 56 played minutes FC Green Devils got a freekick which was hit by Philipp Sulser. In the 57th minute of the match Foster Felix sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Curtiz Büeler skillfully saved the ball. Curtiz Büeler took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Scott Chartré, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, FC Tsatsai R.I.P.'s Fernando Oberholzer got a free kick in the 60th minute. Scott Chartré's late challenge caught a FC Green Devils's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Scott Chartré helped the player get up and apologised. After 87 minutes FC Tsatsai R.I.P.'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Oluf Sager who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Oluf Sager got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Philippe Stössel quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After having played for 89 minutes, Ulf Emmeneger managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Tsatsai R.I.P.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Ulf Emmeneger was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lorenzo Schwyzer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Philippe Stössel having to interfere. Philippe Stössel was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Lorenzo Schwyzer showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-3 in the 97 minute of play. The FC Green Devils players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
