The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Joerg Karlen was the one to do the kick off. Joerg Karlen took the ball and in the 60 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Curtiz Büeler. Curtiz Büeler dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Curtiz Büeler took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joerg Karlen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 68 minutes into the match, Lenk's goal looked a bit too open when Bernhard Couto came free, but Nino Gruenenfelder reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Oliver Pfulg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Curtiz Büeler tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lenk's Nino Gruenenfelder played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lorenzo Schwyzer in the 76th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Joerg Karlen's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Curtiz Büeler was relentless in the 77th minute of the game. Curtiz Büeler was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Joerg Karlen showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-7 in the 97 minute of play. Lenk's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
