In the 2nd match minute, Dogs Go Bark was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Desiderius Hofmann to maneuver through the defense. When Dogs Go Bark's Berthold Junod in the 5th minute got a chance for a shot 5th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Borgnone FC's goalie prevented a goal. Carl Seiler made an important save on a dangerous shot by Berthold Junod in the 11th minute. The supporters of Dogs Go Bark booed when Borgnone FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anton Angelici didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 13th minute, Dogs Go Bark's Berthold Junod ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Carl Seiler. Carl Seiler yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. The supporters of Borgnone FC booed when Dogs Go Bark was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Berthold Junod didn't get a good kick on the ball. A nice corner shot did that Christopher Rastberger got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jakob Seiler quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After having played for 31 minutes, Berthold Junod managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dogs Go Bark's supporters crossed their fingers, but Berthold Junod was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Virgil Burkart charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Virgil Burkart the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Virgil Burkart hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Borgnone FC's Giuseppe Baer got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Anton Angelici came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Borgnone FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anton Angelici couldn't finish the play. Virgil Burkart recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Philipp Michon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Virgil Burkart sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Virgil Burkart blasted a shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jakob Seiler having to make a save. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Giuseppe Baer stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Gregor Stähelin struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Carl Seiler didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dogs Go Bark. Virgil Burkart could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Jakob Seiler made a huge save. Carl Seiler showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Berthold Junod in the 62nd minute of the match. If Desiderius Hofmann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 66 minutes into the match, Borgnone FC's goal looked a bit too open when Berthold Junod came free, but Carl Seiler reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dogs Go Bark's attentive Gregor Stähelin managed to snatch the ball when Amadeus Laube made a throw-in in the 68th minute of the game. 73 minutes into the game, Christopher Rastberger threw the ball into play from the sideline. Dogs Go Bark's Gregor Stähelin quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Borgnone FC's Carl Seiler played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gregor Stähelin in the 73rd minute of play. In the 76th minute, Virgil Burkart got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match clock showed 78 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Berthold Junod sped through Borgnone FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Carl Seiler. In the 85thth minute of the game Berthold Junod who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Borgnone FC's Carl Seiler was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Giuseppe Baer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jakob Seiler having to interfere. In the 91stth minute of the game Berthold Junod who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Borgnone FC's Carl Seiler was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Desiderius Hofmann sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Carl Seiler took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Berthold Junod, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Carl Seiler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Berthold Junod in the 97th minute of play. When the referee blew the final whistle, Dogs Go Bark could leave the field as winners, despite Borgnone FC having more of the ball for most of the match.
