With a couple of smart ball manuevers Louis Roscams in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Balthazar Van den Bergh saved Malonne from getting behind. 11 minutes into the match, Malonne's goal looked a bit too open when Arthur-Maurits Verbruggen came free, but Balthazar Van den Bergh reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Xander-Paul Colpaert had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Arthur-Maurits Verbruggen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Racing Club Speurdonk's supporters rose to their feet, but Arthur-Maurits Verbruggen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Balthazar Van den Bergh breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mathias-Alexander Enevoldsen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Richard Bautmans in the 24th minute of play. Malonne's Balthazar Van den Bergh played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Louis Roscams in the 42nd minute of play. Racing Club Speurdonk's Mathias-Alexander Enevoldsen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Richard Bautmans in the 46th minute of play. Racing Club Speurdonk were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
