Spectators: 7424 (Terracing: 5569, Seating: 1707, VIP seats: 148) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Gunter Schuts kicked off to start the match. The audience was convinced that Christian Wellens's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cesar Roockeloes was relentless in the 11th minute of the game. Sergio Koppen's late challenge caught a Cyrax United's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sergio Koppen helped the player get up and apologised. The referee gave Cyrax United a penalty, 16 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Isidoor Tailleur, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of RSC Stakendijk's Cesar Roockeloes. 1-0. In the 22ndth minute of the game Gunter Schuts who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cyrax United's Ralf Spelers was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Andries Van Severen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thierry Domonceau received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Cesar Roockeloes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Christian Wellens was the one to do the kick off. Gunter Schuts sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 54 played minutes RSC Stakendijk got a freekick which was hit by Roni Dejardin. Andries Van Severen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 61st minute, Giles Weggers hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Franck Steenberghs could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Ralf Spelers made a huge save. 72 minutes into the match, Christian Wellens notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of RSC Stakendijk's Cesar Roockeloes. Cesar Roockeloes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Cesar Roockeloos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 79th minute, Karel De Vleeschauwer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ralf Spelers was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Sergio Koppen. In the 88th minute, RSC Stakendijk's Gunter Schuts ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ralf Spelers. Ralf Spelers yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-1. If Christian Wellens had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. There was no doubt that Cyrax United were the better team. Cyrax United's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
