Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Anthony Ceroux in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Garry Kant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Club Gerin's Anthony Ceroux in the 23rd minute got a chance for a shot 23rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Beerdonk's goalie prevented a goal. In the 28th minute, Anthony Ceroux got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 32nd match minute, Beerdonk was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maxim-Alexander Van Halbeeck to maneuver through the defense. Jullian Van Den Brande could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Patrik Mons made a huge save. After having played for 45 minutes, Dimitri Joostens managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Gerin's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dimitri Joostens was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Anthony Ceroux was the one to do the kick off. Beerdonk's Frederick Milters got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Club Gerin were furious when Guillaume De Jaeger was red carded, 65 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In a very dangerous position, a player in Club Gerin fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 64th minute. Penalty! Dries Van Hallebeecke placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Patrik Mons showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jullian Van Den Brande in the 71st minute of the match. Patrik Mons stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jullian Van Den Brande's shot from short distance in the 73rd minute. Garry Kant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dimitri Joostens in the 82nd minute of play. 84 minutes into the match, Club Gerin's Kristiaan Van Cauwenberg sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Garry Kant narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Beerdonk's zone, Anthony Ceroux stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Garry Kant came out of the goal and Anthony Ceroux tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dimitri Joostens fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Garry Kant having to interfere. Garry Kant made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kristiaan Van Cauwenberg in the 91st minute. Patrik Mons showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jullian Van Den Brande in the 94th minute of the match. Dimitri Joostens was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 95th minute. Club Gerin's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Beerdonk succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Club Gerin had controlled the match.
