Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Anton Coenen in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Garry Kant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jullian Van Den Brande took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bastian Huyghens. Bastian Huyghens dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Izmirspor's Bastian Huyghens played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jullian Van Den Brande in the 37th minute of play. Beerdonk's Garry Kant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Willy Maes in the 39th minute of play. In the 41st minute, Frederick Milters made a precise shot to the right of Bastian Huyghens. Izmirspor's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. Beerdonk's supporters rose to their feet, but Jullian Van Den Brande was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bastian Huyghens breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jullian Van Den Brande received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Bastian Huyghens tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Willy Maes kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Ian Verlinden fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Garry Kant having to interfere. Garry Kant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anton Coenen in the 86th minute of play. 87 minutes into the game, Ian Owerckx was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Beerdonk's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Izmirspor the free kick. After a rather tough play, Beerdonk's Ian Owerckx got a free kick in the 87th minute. Garry Kant didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ian Verlinden went, in the 93rd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-3 was the resulting score. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
