In the 15th minute, Georges Baert fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Sandro Tielemans, passed just outside the right post. Dionisio Hunfredo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Luke Dauwe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 18 played minutes Nudorp got a freekick which was hit by Philip Van Den Abeele. In the 20th minute, Georges Baert reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Sandro Tielemans. The goal made the score 1-0. Jaspar Van Leemputten sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jerry de Pelsmacker scored 2-0 in the 28th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sandro Tielemans, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 32nd minute Georges Baert shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sandro Tielemans saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Dionisio Hunfredo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Luke Dauwe was relentless in the 41st minute of the game.

Axell Spoelberghe charged in rather forcefully in the 70th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Axell Spoelberghe the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 70th minute, Axell Spoelberghe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Jaspar Van Leemputten had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nudorp's Dionisio Hunfredo got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, FC smokers's Luke Dauwe got control of the ball when Axell Spoelberghe tried to sneak it across the goal line. Nudorp's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
