Pierre-Paul Van Hautvinck showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. When Philipp De Raemaekers fell near the penalty area in the 7th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Quintessence's protests and gave Philipp De Raemaekers a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Quintessence's Philipp De Raemaekers got a free kick in the 7th minute. Henri Schautens made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fred Tilens in the 9th minute. In the 11th minute, Maxime Schautens got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Steffe Van Dessen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Henri Schautens having to interfere. Guido Meulemans's late challenge caught a FC Mohamed's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Guido Meulemans helped the player get up and apologised. After 15 played minutes Quintessence got a freekick which was hit by Guido Meulemans. Steffe Van Dessen's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 17thth minute, Henri Schautens skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. FC Mohamed's Lars Limpens played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Reinaud Paelemans in the 18th minute of play. Pierre-Paul Van Hautvinck hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Quintessence's Henri Schautens proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save Quintessence from getting a goal against them. Maxime Schautens struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Henri Schautens didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Mohamed. Maxime Schautens might have been able to make a better finish in the 33rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Henri Schautens. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Maxime Schautens ran back to his position shaking his head. Steffe Van Dessen scored 2-0 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Henri Schautens, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Roni Breugelmans struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Henri Schautens didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Mohamed. After a rather tough play, FC Mohamed's Roni Breugelmans got a free kick in the 43rd minute. In the 45th minute of the match Guido Meulemans sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lars Limpens skillfully saved the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The wind increased when Steffe Van Dessen made the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute Fred Tilens shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Henri Schautens saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Maxime Schautens had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Steffe Van Dessen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Henri Schautens tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 61 minutes into the match, Steffe Van Dessen notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Quintessence's Henri Schautens. Henri Schautens was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Henri Schautens showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Steffe Van Dessen in the 66th minute of the match. Maxime Schautens sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 69 minutes into the match, Quintessence's goal looked a bit too open when Steffe Van Dessen came free, but Henri Schautens reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Maxime Schautens had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Quintessence's Dolf Uyterhelcht got a free kick in the 76th minute. Reinaud Paelemans charged in rather forcefully in the 78th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Reinaud Paelemans the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Reinaud Paelemans kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Pierre-Paul Van Hautvinck managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Mohamed's supporters rose to their feet, but Pierre-Paul Van Hautvinck was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Henri Schautens breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some careless play in the Quintessence defense, Steffe Van Dessen kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Henri Schautens. The Quintessence fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Henri Schautens should have stopped the shot. After 85 minutes of play, FC Mohamed's Roni Breugelmans made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Henri Schautens was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Roni Breugelmans in the 90th minute of play forced Quintessence's goalkeeper Henri Schautens to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Quintessence getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Reinaud Paelemans hit a great ball. Maxime Schautens received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Henri Schautens tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. FC Mohamed fully deserved thier win.
