Spectators: 7597 (Terracing: 5699, Seating: 1747, VIP seats: 151) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Wannes Eli started the match with the kick off. Andries Van Deinze fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Binjamin Maerschalcx having to interfere. 6 minutes into the match, Andries Van Deinze had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Binjamin Maerschalcx. Sautour's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Andries Van Deinze was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. 10 minutes into the match, Sautour's goal looked a bit too open when Andries Van Deinze came free, but Binjamin Maerschalcx reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jerome Van Geertruyden fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ferdinando Pani having to interfere. When Jonathan de Pelsmakere fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bossiere's protests and gave Jonathan de Pelsmakere a yellow card for diving instead. Ferdinando Pani made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Chris-George Cempenaers sent off a good shot on target. If Jerome Van Geertruyden had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Bossiere's zone, Jerome Van Geertruyden stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ferdinando Pani came out of the goal and Jerome Van Geertruyden tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 31st minute, Chris-George Cempenaers ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ferdinando Pani was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mathijs De Kijser during the 37th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Bossiere booed when Sautour was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mathijs De Kijser didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 41st minute, Andries Van Deinze ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Binjamin Maerschalcx was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Wannes Eli in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ferdinando Pani prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Andries Van Deinze stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Andries Van Deinze received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Binjamin Maerschalcx tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A hard shot 56 in the game by Ruben Volle from a close distance when the talented Binjamin Maerschalcx managed to make a qualified save. Sautour's players were relieved. A collision led to Sautour getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Jerome Van Geertruyden hit a great ball. If Jerome Van Geertruyden had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wannes Eli struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Ferdinando Pani didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sautour. Binjamin Maerschalcx showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andries Van Deinze in the 69th minute of the match. If Andries Van Deinze had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Chris-George Cempenaers sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ferdinando Pani came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by Sautour's Jerome Van Geertruyden. But to his dismay, Jerome Van Geertruyden quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. If Andries Van Deinze had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wannes Eli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Ferdinando Pani tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bossiere's Ferdinando Pani played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wannes Eli in the 89th minute of play. Binjamin Maerschalcx made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andries Van Deinze in the 92nd minute of play. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
