Davy Stoffels fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matias Van Meirhaeghe having to interfere. Class on Grass's Matias Van Meirhaeghe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roland Wyfliets in the 16th minute of play. Lauren Reniers made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ernest Dejonghe in the 24th minute. Joannes Tombeurs's late challenge caught a Spartak Bornova's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Joannes Tombeurs helped the player get up and apologised. After 32 played minutes Class on Grass got a freekick which was hit by Joannes Tombeurs. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Matthieu Docx during the 33rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Class on Grass booed when Spartak Bornova was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Matthieu Docx didn't get a good kick on the ball. 36 minutes into the match, Spartak Bornova's goal looked a bit too open when Ruben Diericx came free, but Lauren Reniers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lauren Reniers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ruben Diericx in the 37th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ruben Diericx in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lauren Reniers saved Spartak Bornova from getting behind. In the 41st match minute, Spartak Bornova was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Christoph Schepmans to maneuver through the defense. Will Dewinter was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 42nd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Ernest Dejonghe's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lauren Reniers read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 44th minute of play. Lauren Reniers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ruben Diericx in the 45th minute of the match.

The wind increased when Roland Wyfliets made the kick off in the second half. Lauren Reniers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ernest Dejonghe, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ernest Dejonghe in the 56th minute of play forced Spartak Bornova's goalkeeper Lauren Reniers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ernest Dejonghe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Lauren Reniers tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lauren Reniers made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. 70 minutes into the game, Davy Stoffels was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Spartak Bornova's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Class on Grass the free kick. In the 70th match minute, Spartak Bornova was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Davy Stoffels to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Roland Wyfliets managed to get in a good position for a shot. Spartak Bornova's supporters rose to their feet, but Roland Wyfliets was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Matias Van Meirhaeghe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ernest Dejonghe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lauren Reniers having to interfere. When Gilian Roels came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Class on Grass fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gilian Roels couldn't finish the play. Matias Van Meirhaeghe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roland Wyfliets in the 88th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Ruben Diericx managed to get in a good position for a shot. Class on Grass's supporters rose to their feet, but Ruben Diericx was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lauren Reniers breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 93 minutes into the match, Ruben Diericx notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Spartak Bornova's Lauren Reniers. Lauren Reniers was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a defensive mix-up in Class on Grass's zone, Roland Wyfliets stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Matias Van Meirhaeghe came out of the goal and Roland Wyfliets tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Class on Grass were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Spartak Bornova for a fine match.
