Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Marnix Wans took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 4 minutes of play, KVSK Yvoir's Marnix Wans made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tobias Bruyninckx was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, KVSK Yvoir's Rein Van de Weijer got a free kick in the 6th minute. KVSK Yvoir's Jacob Vandeput played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Louis Haemers in the 8th minute of play. Louis Haemers had several of the KVSK Yvoir's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 14 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-1 score and a disappointed Jacob Vandeput as he didn't even see the shot coming. 18 minutes into the match, FC Sainte's goal looked a bit too open when Christof Van Dock came free, but Tobias Bruyninckx reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Berten Roeckeloes lost his temper 22 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 22nd minute of the game. One of FC Sainte:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of KVSK Yvoir:s goal. Tobias Bruyninckx went to the wrong direction when Ivan De Vriendt was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. When Rein Van de Weijer fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored KVSK Yvoir's protests and gave Rein Van de Weijer a yellow card for diving instead. Rein Van de Weijer kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. 29 minutes into the match, Louis Haemers had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jacob Vandeput. KVSK Yvoir's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Louis Haemers was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Tobias Bruyninckx took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marnix Wans, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Louis Haemers in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jacob Vandeput prevented the ball from getting in the gole. FC Sainte's Louis Haemers got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christof Van Dock in the 43rd minute of play forced FC Sainte's goalkeeper Tobias Bruyninckx to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to FC Sainte getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Diedrik Arnoets hit a great ball. FC Sainte's Tobias Bruyninckx played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christof Van Dock in the 44th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Christof Van Dock in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tobias Bruyninckx prevented the ball from getting in the gole.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Louis Haemers made a kick off. In the 51st match minute, KVSK Yvoir was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tom Verhaeghen to maneuver through the defense. Jacob Vandeput showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Louis Haemers in the 57th minute of the match. Jacob Vandeput showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlos Roockeloos, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Christof Van Dock who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 60thth minute tested the skills of Tobias Bruyninckx when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When Louis Haemers came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the FC Sainte fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Louis Haemers couldn't finish the play. Jacob Vandeput didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Diedrik Arnoets went, in the 65th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Louis Haemers fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacob Vandeput having to interfere. The supporters of KVSK Yvoir booed when FC Sainte was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Diedrik Arnoets didn't get a good kick on the ball. FC Sainte's Tobias Bruyninckx proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save FC Sainte from getting a goal against them. Tobias Bruyninckx took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marnix Wans, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With an all-out effort, KVSK Yvoir's Tobias Bruyninckx threw himself towards the right post 74 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Marnix Wans, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Carlos Roockeloos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Diedrik Arnoets came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the FC Sainte fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Diedrik Arnoets couldn't finish the play. After 82 played minutes KVSK Yvoir got a freekick which was hit by Sammy Valckx. Maxim-Alexander De Roover took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 83rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jacob Vandeput. KVSK Yvoir's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Marnix Wans managed to get in a good position for a shot. KVSK Yvoir's supporters rose to their feet, but Marnix Wans was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tobias Bruyninckx breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. FC Sainte's Louis Haemers got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Marnix Wans kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Tobias Bruyninckx. That made the score 3-2 in the 96 minute of play. FC Sainte walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
