The audience thought a goal was coming when Richmond Swiggers got free with Antonio Van Geertruyen in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Antonio Van Geertruyen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonas Van Clijnebreugel in the 13th minute of the match. Antonio Van Geertruyen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tristan Jannes, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Adam van haeve fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mathieux Berchmans having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Greg Paaps during the 20th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 20 played minutes BocaJuniors got a freekick which was hit by Greg Paaps. Richmond Swiggers took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Antonio Van Geertruyen. Antonio Van Geertruyen dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Armand Cesters in the 31st minute of play forced BocaJuniors's goalkeeper Mathieux Berchmans to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gerard Liboton could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Antonio Van Geertruyen made a huge save. When Adam van haeve came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Boechout fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Adam van haeve couldn't finish the play. Mathieux Berchmans showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Richey Neesens, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Dave Tuytgans kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Richmond Swiggers fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Antonio Van Geertruyen having to interfere. Greg Paaps kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Richmond Swiggers made a kick off. Tristan Jannes blasted a shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Antonio Van Geertruyen having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Greg Paaps in the 61st minute of play forced Boechout's goalkeeper Antonio Van Geertruyen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Antonio Van Geertruyen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tristan Jannes in the 64th minute of the match. In the 68th minute Jonas Van Clijnebreugel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antonio Van Geertruyen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Richmond Swiggers took the ball and in the 73 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Antonio Van Geertruyen. Antonio Van Geertruyen dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. In the 76th minute Richmond Swiggers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antonio Van Geertruyen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 78 minutes into the match, Boechout's goal looked a bit too open when Richmond Swiggers came free, but Antonio Van Geertruyen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 79 minutes, Armand Cesters mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Boechout and the BocaJuniors players grew even worse after the yellow card. Richmond Swiggers fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Antonio Van Geertruyen having to interfere. After some careless play in the Boechout defense, Jonas Van Clijnebreugel kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Antonio Van Geertruyen. The Boechout fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Antonio Van Geertruyen should have stopped the shot. Tristan Jannes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Antonio Van Geertruyen having to interfere. After 96 minutes, Richmond Swiggers made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. Boechout's Antonio Van Geertruyen tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. BocaJuniors had played much better football throughout.
