Spectators: 8000 (Terracing: 6000, Seating: 1840, VIP seats: 160) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Jerome Bollaert took the kick off in the first half of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Serge Van Looy managed to get in a good position for a shot. Brusselse Ketjes's supporters rose to their feet, but Serge Van Looy was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Virgilio Manriquez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Virgilio Manriquez came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by Brusselse Ketjes's Dre Van Den Haecke. But to his dismay, Dre Van Den Haecke quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Geert Wijgaert struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Dominik Jansens didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Facabora. Virgilio Manriquez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Camiel Van Aken in the 21st minute of the match. 22 minutes had been played when some careless play by Facabora's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Camiel Van Aken was slow to take the kick. During this time Brusselse Ketjes's players had a chance to rest. The corner led to Brusselse Ketjes's Gunter Opdebeeck getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. 27 minutes into the game, Julius Delcroix was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Facabora's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Brusselse Ketjes the free kick. Julius Delcroix kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Camiel Van Aken took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Virgilio Manriquez. Virgilio Manriquez dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Jannes Bossuyt's late challenge caught a Brusselse Ketjes's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jannes Bossuyt helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Brusselse Ketjes booed when Facabora was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jannes Bossuyt didn't get a good kick on the ball. Virgilio Manriquez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Serge Van Looy, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. In the 40th minute of the match, Geert Wijgaert tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Dominik Jansens saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Facabora's Virgilio Manriquez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Serge Van Looy in the 42nd minute of play. In the 43rd minute, Jerome Bollaert hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jerome Bollaert recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Facabora players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Brusselse Ketjes were winning 1-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Camiel Van Aken to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Facabora getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Viktor Vercouteren hit a great ball. 56 minutes had been played when some careless play by Facabora's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Camiel Van Aken was slow to take the kick. During this time Brusselse Ketjes's players had a chance to rest. Brusselse Ketjes's Camiel Van Aken was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Virgilio Manriquez in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Virgilio Manriquez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Serge Van Looy in the 59th minute of play. When Gwidon Kaczanka came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Facabora fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gwidon Kaczanka couldn't finish the play. In the 65th minute Gwidon Kaczanka shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dominik Jansens saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Brend Bauwmans hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Dominik Jansens showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jerome Bollaert, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Virgilio Manriquez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Camiel Van Aken, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Dre Van Den Haecke came free with the goalkeeper in the 69th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Virgilio Manriquez could save by the left post. In the 72nd minute, Gwidon Kaczanka made a precise shot to the right of Dominik Jansens. Brusselse Ketjes's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3. Camiel Van Aken could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but Virgilio Manriquez made a huge save. Virgilio Manriquez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Serge Van Looy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 84th minute, Cederic Waegemans got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Camiel Van Aken in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Virgilio Manriquez saved Facabora from getting behind. Facabora's Geert Wijgaert got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
