Nico Van Meerbek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tim-Jan De Peuter, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. After a rather tough play, Olympus FC's Hans Windelinckx got a free kick in the 16th minute. In the 26th minute, Hans Windelinckx got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Simon Kindt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 32 minutes into the match, Olympus FC's goal looked a bit too open when Freddy de Cijser came free, but Bavo Van Dessel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 34th minute, Daniel Reijniers reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Bavo Van Dessel. The goal made the score 1-0. Olympus FC's Bavo Van Dessel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kirk Powderham in the 37th minute of play. Nico Van Meerbek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tim-Jan De Peuter in the 39th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Olympus FC's Hans Windelinckx got a free kick in the 45th minute. 46 minutes into the match, Kirk Powderham dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Bavo Van Dessel, 2-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

In the 51st match minute, Olympus FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tim-Jan De Peuter to maneuver through the defense. Bavo Van Dessel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Reijniers, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Bavo Van Dessel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jan-Joost Van Linthout went, in the 55th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. In the 58th minute Kirk Powderham shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bavo Van Dessel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Freddy de Cijser in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bavo Van Dessel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 67 minutes into the match, Olympus FC's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Reijniers came free, but Bavo Van Dessel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Brakkies New Bastards's Kirk Powderham was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Bavo Van Dessel in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Bavo Van Dessel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kirk Powderham, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sacit Dilan hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Olympus FC's Simon Kindt got a free kick in the 76th minute. Nico Van Meerbek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hans Windelinckx in the 81st minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kirk Powderham in the 82nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bavo Van Dessel saved Olympus FC from getting behind. Bavo Van Dessel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kirk Powderham, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. When Kirk Powderham came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Brakkies New Bastards fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kirk Powderham couldn't finish the play. When Gabriel Uncu fell near the penalty area in the 92nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Olympus FC's protests and gave Gabriel Uncu a yellow card for diving instead. In the 92nd minute, Gabriel Uncu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the referee ended the match the Brakkies New Bastards players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
