After having played for 5 minutes, Timo-Fabian Bär managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pfanges FSV's supporters crossed their fingers, but Timo-Fabian Bär was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Erich Schönberg kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Mats Hänsel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Timo-Fabian Bär in the 10th minute of play. In the 11th minute, Timo-Fabian Bär made a precise shot to the right of Mats Hänsel. Fc Revilo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 16th minute, Fc Revilo's Ralf Spreitzer ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Niels Zensen. Niels Zensen yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. 19 minutes into the match, Fc Revilo's goal looked a bit too open when Timo-Fabian Bär came free, but Mats Hänsel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 24th minute, Ralf Spreitzer got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Joachim Dobers short, quick shot in the 29thth minute got Niels Zensen to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 30th minute, Holger Reinke hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 32 minutes into the match, Pfanges FSV's goal looked a bit too open when Ralf Spreitzer came free, but Niels Zensen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Fc Revilo's Ralf Spreitzer in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Pfanges FSV's goalie prevented a goal. In the 35th minute Ralf Spreitzer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Niels Zensen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ralf Spreitzer's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Niels Zensen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. With a little luck, Pfanges FSV's Niels Zensen got control of the ball when Joachim Dober tried to sneak it across the goal line. Joachim Dober recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Holger Reinke hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Rouven Mandel struck a weak shot in the 48th minute. Mats Hänsel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pfanges FSV. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the match had gone on for 53 minutes, Ralf Spreitzer put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Niels Zensen. In the 56th minute Joachim Dober shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Niels Zensen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Pfanges FSV getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Nick Mebus hit a great ball. When Ralf Spreitzer came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Fc Revilo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ralf Spreitzer couldn't finish the play. Nick Mebus hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Joachim Dober in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Niels Zensen saved Pfanges FSV from getting behind. 64 minutes into the game, Fc Revilo's Ralf Spreitzer nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Niels Zensen made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. Ralf Spreitzer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. Pfanges FSV's Niels Zensen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ralf Spreitzer in the 77th minute of play. 79 minutes into the game, Jan Kukuk was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pfanges FSV's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fc Revilo the free kick. In the 79th match minute, Pfanges FSV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jan Kukuk to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Pfanges FSV's zone, Ralf Spreitzer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Niels Zensen came out of the goal and Ralf Spreitzer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rouven Mandel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Mats Hänsel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 85th minute Kristof Meister shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Niels Zensen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 91 played minutes Pfanges FSV got a freekick which was hit by Dennis-Sven Hergt. Johannes Rasper took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 92nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Niels Zensen. Pfanges FSV's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Fc Revilo had won after a very even match.
