Eric Seitz hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. 14 minutes into the match, Sharks FC's goal looked a bit too open when Simon Barth came free, but Till-Julius Pietta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. RED BULL MANI's Alexander Burgstaller got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Matthäus Herbst received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Tim Triebel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 23rd minute, Steffen Konig hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 26 minutes, Alexander Burgstaller mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the RED BULL MANI and the Sharks FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Alexander Burgstaller hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in RED BULL MANI's zone, Matthäus Herbst stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tim Triebel came out of the goal and Matthäus Herbst tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. RED BULL MANI's Tim Triebel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matthäus Herbst in the 29th minute of play. If Alexander Burgstaller had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a rather tough play, Sharks FC's Bastian Lau got a free kick in the 34th minute. Till-Julius Pietta made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alexander Burgstaller in the 37th minute. In the 43rd minute, Steffen Konig hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 47 minutes into the game, RED BULL MANI's Alexander Burgstaller nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Till-Julius Pietta made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

Steffen Konig kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. In the 56th minute Karl Haueisen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Till-Julius Pietta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 60th minute Simon Barth shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Till-Julius Pietta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 62 minutes into the game, Alexander Burgstaller cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Till-Julius Pietta was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Matthäus Herbst had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 69th minute Alexander Burgstaller shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Till-Julius Pietta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 70th minute, Simon Barth ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Till-Julius Pietta was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1. Matthäus Herbst recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bastian Lau could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Tim Triebel made a huge save. Till-Julius Pietta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Simon Barth in the 87th minute of play. When Simon Barth fell near the penalty area in the 89th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored RED BULL MANI's protests and gave Simon Barth a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to RED BULL MANI getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Simon Barth hit a great ball. Till-Julius Pietta came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by RED BULL MANI's Simon Barth. But to his dismay, Simon Barth quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-2. For all the effort they put into the match, the Sharks FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for RED BULL MANI.
