Sascha Kainzner took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Manfred Mauderer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sascha Kainzner stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Manfred Mauderer's shot from short distance in the 11th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kim Geiblinger in the 17th minute of play forced Podgora FC's goalkeeper Alex Schröder to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 18thth minute of the game Gerhard Geiblinger who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Sammy's Sascha Kainzner was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 20 minutes into the match, FC Sammy's goal looked a bit too open when Manfred Mauderer came free, but Sascha Kainzner reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Günter Albermann was the one to do the kick off. Manfred Mauderer's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Sascha Kainzner firmly grabbed it by the left post. Sascha Kainzner didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gerhard Geiblinger went, in the 97th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-6 was the resulting score. Podgora FC played a much better game than FC Sammy and deserved their victory. The FC Sammy players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
