Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Joachim Kienast started the match with the kick off. Fc Wien's attentive David Albers managed to snatch the ball when Matt Neuber made a throw-in in the 7th minute of the game. 10 minutes into the game, Joachim Kienast cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Rafael Thoma was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After having played for 13 minutes, Joachim Kienast managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hundsheim's supporters crossed their fingers, but Joachim Kienast was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joachim Kienast in the 15th minute of play forced Fc Wien's goalkeeper Rafael Thoma to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 17 minutes into the match, Jakob Seelmann notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Fc Wien's Rafael Thoma. Rafael Thoma was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Rafael Thoma showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joachim Kienast in the 20th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Werner Ehrlichmann in the 28th minute of play forced Fc Wien's goalkeeper Rafael Thoma to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tim Knebel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Rico Fielmann tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jakob Seelmann struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Rafael Thoma didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hundsheim. Dennis Jansch received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Rico Fielmann tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jost Konermann kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Michael Ternes in the 45th minute of play forced Fc Wien's goalkeeper Rafael Thoma to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tim Knebel to make the kick off. Dennis Jansch received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Rico Fielmann tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lars Schulze blasted a shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rico Fielmann having to make a save. Michael Ternes shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. In the 62nd minute, Joachim Kienast fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Tim Knebel's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rico Fielmann read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 68th minute of play. In the 72nd minute Joachim Kienast shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rafael Thoma saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jakob Seelmann got free with Rafael Thoma in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some careless play in the Hundsheim defense, Dennis Jansch kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rico Fielmann. The Hundsheim fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rico Fielmann should have stopped the shot. Dennis Jansch sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With his leg Rafael Thoma managed to avoid a goal in the 93rdth minute, when Hundsheim's Jakob Seelmann fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 94th minute of the match, Joachim Kienast tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Rafael Thoma saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Fc Wien lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
