Sandro Jennemann blasted a shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jan-Peter Baston having to make a save. Adrian Henn received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Jan-Peter Baston tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 14th match minute, Turnitz FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Peter Terwester to maneuver through the defense. If Sandro Jennemann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 20 minutes, Sandro Jennemann managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dynamo Trulll's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sandro Jennemann was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Adrian Henn struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Jan-Peter Baston didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dynamo Trulll. After 33 played minutes Turnitz FC got a freekick which was hit by Peter Terwester. If Sandro Jennemann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Albert Herzog recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Sandro Jennemann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Andreas Kasig got free with Jan-Peter Baston in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Robin Mauer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Steffen Mihrmeister having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Andreas Kasig during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robin Mauer in the 55th minute of play forced Dynamo Trulll's goalkeeper Steffen Mihrmeister to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sandro Jennemann succeeded in the game's 56th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-1. Turnitz FC were awarded a corner in the 62th minute after Dynamo Trulll's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Dustin Divis took the corner. After taking down the ball on Turnitz FC's corner Dustin Divis fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Steffen Mihrmeister quite easily take care of the ball. Sandro Jennemann sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Adrian Henn received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Jan-Peter Baston tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match clock showed 85 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Sandro Jennemann sped through Turnitz FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jan-Peter Baston. 95 minutes into the match, Sandro Jennemann had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jan-Peter Baston. Turnitz FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sandro Jennemann was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1.
