Miguel Abelaira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Alão Felício tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice moves Emílio Zamora could shoot a difficult shot in the 14th minute, which Sebastián Nascimento however easily saved by the left post. In the 15th match minute, Marvel FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felíx Malheiro to maneuver through the defense. When Miguel Abelaira came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Marvel FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Miguel Abelaira couldn't finish the play. After 25 played minutes Marvel FC got a freekick which was hit by Magno Samakuva. In the 26th minute of the match Nuno Jacaré shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sebastián Nascimento showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 27 minutes into the game, Real Madrid's Emílio Zamora nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sebastián Nascimento made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Alão Felício made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Saúl Caneças in the 31st minute of play. Alão Felício stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Saúl Caneças's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. Saúl Caneças blasted a shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alão Felício having to make a save. Felíx Malheiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Miguel Abelaira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ailton Tremura was the one to do the kick off. In the 54th minute, Saúl Caneças left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Marvel FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Saúl Caneças in the 57thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Alão Felício, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. When Saúl Caneças came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Marvel FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Saúl Caneças couldn't finish the play. Real Madrid's Alão Felício played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saúl Caneças in the 64th minute of play. 68 minutes into the match, Real Madrid's goal looked a bit too open when Miguel Abelaira came free, but Alão Felício reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Balduíno Roma could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Alão Felício made a huge save. Saúl Caneças charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Saúl Caneças the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Saúl Caneças hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Saúl Caneças sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Miguel Abelaira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 95th match minute, Marvel FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Magno Samakuva to maneuver through the defense. Marvel FC played a much better game than Real Madrid and deserved their victory. The Real Madrid players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
