Avdi Korani really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. In the 7th match minute, Fajza KS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kejni Mala to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 9 minutes, Orind Ruvina managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Golem SK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Orind Ruvina was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kejni Mala hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Minir Koçi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nevjon Çapollari in the 11th minute of the match. Avdi Korani hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Minir Koçi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mario Xhagolli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Minir Koçi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sabit Aliaj, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Ernest Neziri charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. If Dhori Ulqini had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Fajza KS's zone, Mario Xhagolli stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Minir Koçi came out of the goal and Mario Xhagolli tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nevjon Çapollari stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Hiqmet Bazelli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Spirro Rama tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Adis Shulku fell near the penalty area in the 55th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Golem SK's protests and gave Adis Shulku a yellow card for diving instead. In the 55th minute, Adis Shulku hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fajza KS's Minir Koçi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save Fajza KS from getting a goal against them. Orind Ruvina sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Fajza KS getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Gazi Abazi hit a great ball. The supporters of Golem SK booed when Fajza KS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gazi Abazi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mario Xhagolli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Minir Koçi having to interfere. Sabit Aliaj sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpected shot in the 80th minute by Dhori Ulqini got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Orind Ruvina fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Minir Koçi having to interfere. When the match was over Golem SK could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Fajza KS throughout the match.
