Spectators: 8213 (Terracing: 6102, Seating: 2000, VIP seats: 111) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Redi Ahmeti started the match with the kick off. The supporters of Waterfront 80 booed when Këlcyra KF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Iris Karapici didn't get a good kick on the ball. Redi Ahmetis short, quick shot in the 4thth minute got Besian Laraku to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Nexhat Axhibajrami charged in rather forcefully in the 5th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nexhat Axhibajrami the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 5th minute, Nexhat Axhibajrami hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Keltrin Xhika came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by Këlcyra KF's Avzi Strakosha. But to his dismay, Avzi Strakosha quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Erald Dulla kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. After 19th play minutes Erald Dulla shot 0-2, a short shot which went by Keltrin Xhika and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 21st minute, Këlcyra KF's Mitat Shaho seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Mitat Shaho the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Këlcyra KF protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Mitat Shaho had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Keltrin Xhika made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iris Karapici in the 29th minute of play. In the 33rd match minute, Waterfront 80 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nexhat Axhibajrami to maneuver through the defense. Zef Fero made in the 35th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Këlcyra KF's Avzi Strakosha. After 40 played minutes Waterfront 80 got a freekick which was hit by Zef Fero. Iris Karapici fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Keltrin Xhika having to interfere. A collision led to Waterfront 80 getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Nexhat Axhibajrami hit a great ball. When Ladi Haxhiaj came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Këlcyra KF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ladi Haxhiaj couldn't finish the play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Arti Hamiti made a kick off. A hard shot 56 in the game by Iris Karapici from a close distance when the talented Keltrin Xhika managed to make a qualified save. Waterfront 80's players were relieved. Arti Hamiti struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Keltrin Xhika didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Këlcyra KF. Avzi Strakosha recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Arti Hamiti sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Keltrin Xhika showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Avzi Strakosha in the 74th minute of the match. Arti Hamiti could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Keltrin Xhika made a huge save. Waterfront 80's Keltrin Xhika played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Avzi Strakosha in the 78th minute of play. Arti Hamiti blasted a shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Keltrin Xhika having to make a save. In the 83rd minute Avzi Strakosha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Keltrin Xhika saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 85th match minute, Waterfront 80 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Redi Ahmeti to maneuver through the defense. In the 90th minute, Pelion Cake left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Waterfront 80 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3.
