Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000,
Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Blair Le Tissier started the match with the kick off. Ian Moon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Blair Le Tissier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Howard Pryor recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 6 minutes of play, 347 degrees east's Andre Milton made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Brandon Grantham was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 8 played minutes 347 degrees east got a freekick which was hit by Glenn Butler. Ian Moon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Blair Le Tissier in the 17th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Blair Le Tissier in the 18th minute of play forced 347 degrees east's goalkeeper Ian Moon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 21 minutes into the match, Howard Pryor had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ian Moon. 347 degrees east's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Howard Pryor was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. In the 25th minute, Andre Milton made a precise shot to the right of Brandon Grantham. SJL Tigers's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Ian Moon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Blair Le Tissier in the 28th minute of play. Blair Le Tissier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Howard Pryor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Howard Pryor in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ian Moon prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Blair Le Tissier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Howard Pryor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ian Moon having to interfere. Ian Moon didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 47th minute, which inside left pole to 2-2.
Ian Moon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Blair Le Tissier, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. When Howard Pryor came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the SJL Tigers fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Howard Pryor couldn't finish the play. Brandon Grantham showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andre Milton, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Blair Le Tissier in the 65th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ian Moon saved 347 degrees east from getting behind. Ian Moon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Blair Le Tissier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gareth Le Saux kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Howard Pryor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 3-2 became the score in the 76th minute when Blair Le Tissier elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Blair Le Tissier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Ian Moon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 85 minutes into the match, 347 degrees east's goal looked a bit too open when Blair Le Tissier came free, but Ian Moon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Brandon Grantham made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Kirk Swain sent off a good shot on target. In the 87th minute Howard Pryor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ian Moon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 89 minutes into the match, SJL Tigers's goal looked a bit too open when Andre Milton came free, but Brandon Grantham reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 92nd minute, Lee Hollingsworth hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 95 minutes, Howard Pryor put it in 4-2 from a short distance just to the right of Ian Moon. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. SJL Tigers had played much better football throughout.
