In the 11th minute, Mike Lineker got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Les Kaye fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sporting Llorts's protests and gave Les Kaye a yellow card for diving instead. After 20 played minutes Sporting Llorts got a freekick which was hit by Les Kaye. Sporting Llorts's Jim Blueman got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mike Lineker recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 39th match minute, Sporting Llorts was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mike Lineker to maneuver through the defense. Kieran Newman didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Perry Hawke went, in the 44th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Johnathan Clarkson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jim Blueman struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Ian Bond didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sporting Llorts. Marty Amos kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Mike Lineker received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Les Kaye's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Ian Bond firmly grabbed it by the left post. Dylan Newland's late challenge caught a Sporting Llorts's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dylan Newland helped the player get up and apologised. If Mike Lineker had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Sporting Llorts's Mike Lineker in 76 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Ian Bond guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. After having played for 78 minutes, Jim Blueman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sporting Llorts's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jim Blueman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Johnathan Clarkson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Andorra F.C's Ian Bond played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mike Lineker in the 92nd minute of play. If Mike Lineker had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jim Blueman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ian Bond having to interfere. Andorra F.C succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Sporting Llorts had controlled the match.
