In the 3rd minute Koos Lemmen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teddy Brookes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dinamo Tropez's Teddy Brookes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Borys Purzycki in the 6th minute of play. 7 minutes into the game, Carpathia's Pankracy Gardocki nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Teddy Brookes made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 11th minute Pankracy Gardocki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teddy Brookes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 11 played minutes Dinamo Tropez got a freekick which was hit by Todd Wright. Teddy Brookes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pankracy Gardocki in the 13th minute of play. When Koos Lemmen came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Carpathia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Koos Lemmen couldn't finish the play. Teddy Brookes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pankracy Gardocki in the 35th minute of the match. Borys Purzycki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teddy Brookes having to interfere. Teddy Brookes didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Pankracy Gardocki went, in the 41st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Kenny Peacock to strike the kick off in the second half. Teddy Brookes came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by Carpathia's Pankracy Gardocki. But to his dismay, Pankracy Gardocki quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. Teddy Brookes made a fantastic save in the 67th minute, when Pankracy Gardocki sent off a good shot on target. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Borys Purzycki in the 71st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Teddy Brookes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 72nd match minute, Carpathia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Clive Galloway to maneuver through the defense. After 78 minutes of play, Carpathia's Pankracy Gardocki made it 0-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Teddy Brookes was left in no man's land by his defense there! Dinamo Tropez's Teddy Brookes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pankracy Gardocki in the 82nd minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Carpathia's Borys Purzycki slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Teddy Brookes. That made the score 0-8 after 85 minutes of play. When Carpathia's Pankracy Gardocki in the 89th minute got a chance for a shot 89th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Dinamo Tropez's goalie prevented a goal. Teddy Brookes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pankracy Gardocki, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute.
