Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Kenny Mbheki started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Papi Cassim's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mthunzi Maduna read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 6th minute of play. Dumisane Cassim's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 8thth minute, Akil Madima skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Dumisane Cassim might have been able to make a better finish in the 13th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Akil Madima. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dumisane Cassim ran back to his position shaking his head. 15 minutes into the game, Eric Mumede was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Ruitersbos's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bloemspruit the free kick. Kenny Stoltz shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. After a rather tough play, Bloemspruit's Timothy Radebe got a free kick in the 19th minute. After 21 played minutes Bloemspruit got a freekick which was hit by Mabusela Kerns. After recieving a nice pass, FC Ruitersbos's Rob Ntsume tried to score from far away in the 22nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 23rd minute, FC Ruitersbos's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Dumisane Cassim fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kenny Mbheki in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Akil Madima prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ebrahim Madiya's late challenge caught a FC Ruitersbos's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ebrahim Madiya helped the player get up and apologised. After 30 played minutes Bloemspruit got a freekick which was hit by Ebrahim Madiya. 31 minutes into the match, Bloemspruit's goal looked a bit too open when Michael Sono came free, but Mthunzi Maduna reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Patrice Inguana kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ebrahim Madiya in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Akil Madima prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Bloemspruit's Kenny Mbheki got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Dumisane Cassim succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 41st playminute. Tebogo Mkhwanazi hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. 49 minutes into the match, Bloemspruit's goal looked a bit too open when Papi Cassim came free, but Mthunzi Maduna reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Dumisane Cassim took the ball and in the 55 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Akil Madima. Akil Madima dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. If Kenny Mbheki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kenny Mbheki in the 63rd minute of play forced FC Ruitersbos's goalkeeper Akil Madima to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dumisane Cassim's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Akil Madima read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 65th minute of play. In the 66th minute, Kenny Mbheki got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mthunzi Maduna showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Papi Cassim in the 68th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, FC Ruitersbos's Michael Sono got a free kick in the 79th minute. In the 82nd minute, Dumisane Cassim got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 84th minute Kenny Mbheki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Akil Madima saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Kenny Mbheki, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 87 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Akil Madima was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Dumisane Cassim fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Akil Madima having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kenny Mbheki in the 92nd minute of play forced FC Ruitersbos's goalkeeper Akil Madima to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Michael Sono received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Mthunzi Maduna tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee ended the match the Bloemspruit players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
