Nazariy Tytarchuk who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 54thth minute tested the skills of Tykhon Predchuk when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 60th minute Sergiy Loboyko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tykhon Predchuk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Valeriy Ilyuk fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Nova Odessa's protests and gave Valeriy Ilyuk a yellow card for diving instead. In the 63rd minute of the match Ruslan Golaydo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tykhon Predchuk showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 65th minute, Sergiy Loboyko got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Danylo Zayets sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 74 minutes into the match, Nova Odessa's goal looked a bit too open when Sergiy Loboyko came free, but Tykhon Predchuk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 81st minute of the game. One of FC Galicia Lviv:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Nova Odessa:s goal. In the 84th minute there was a penalty for Nova Odessa. Gustavo Boldrini tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Artur Pylyp recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Valeriy Ilyuk got his second yellow card in the match during the 95th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 95th minute, Valeriy Ilyuk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
