Spectators: 6020 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1020, VIP seats: 0) If Aurelian Mudura had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aurelian Mudura received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Eugen Giubelean tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eugen Giubelean stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aurelian Mudura's shot from short distance in the 10th minute. After 13 played minutes Cioroboreni got a freekick which was hit by Virgil Zbuchea. The supporters of Cioroboreni booed when Hirla was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ionel Hâncu didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Cocoș in the 19th minute of play forced Hirla's goalkeeper Eugen Giubelean to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eric Roşulescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aurelian Rotariu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With his leg Eugen Giubelean managed to avoid a goal in the 29thth minute, when Cioroboreni's Aurelian Mudura fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Aurelian Rotariu didn't quite understand what happened when in the 40 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. Nicodim Rioşanu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Eugen Giubelean made a huge save. Aurelian Mudura fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eugen Giubelean having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Aurelian Mudura to make the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Aurelian Mudura managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cioroboreni's supporters rose to their feet, but Aurelian Mudura was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eugen Giubelean breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 54th minute, Damian Chitimia ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eugen Giubelean was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. 59 minutes into the match, Aurelian Mudura notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Hirla's Eugen Giubelean. Eugen Giubelean was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After having played for 62 minutes, Albert Obreja managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cioroboreni's supporters crossed their fingers, but Albert Obreja was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Nicodim Rioşanu scored 4-0 in the 64th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Eugen Giubelean, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Aurelian Rotariu might have been able to make a better finish in the 69th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Eric Roşulescu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aurelian Rotariu ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 71st match minute, Cioroboreni was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Virgil Zbuchea to maneuver through the defense. Aurelian Rotariu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Eric Roşulescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 76 played minutes Cioroboreni got a freekick which was hit by Virgil Zbuchea. Eugen Giubelean showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aurelian Mudura, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Nicodim Rioşanu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eugen Giubelean having to interfere. Daniel Cocoș took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eugen Giubelean. Eugen Giubelean dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. Aurelian Rotariu missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 94 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Eric Roşulescu right hand side. Eugen Giubelean showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albert Obreja in the 96th minute of the match. Cioroboreni's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
