Spectators: 6716 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1716, VIP seats: 0) All Blacks's Cem Fatih started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cem Fatih in the 4th minute of play forced Cringurile's goalkeeper Emil Bratoloveanu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, All Blacks's Mihnea Bute got a free kick in the 5th minute. 6 minutes into the match, Gigel Popârcea had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eugen Câmpeanu. All Blacks's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gigel Popârcea was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Emil Bratoloveanu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jonny Kristiansson went, in the 29th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Eugen Câmpeanu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adrian Agrigoroaiei, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Emil Bratoloveanu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cem Fatih in the 35th minute of play. Emil Bratoloveanu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jonny Kristiansson's shot from short distance in the 39th minute. 40 minutes into the match, Cringurile's goal looked a bit too open when Cem Fatih came free, but Emil Bratoloveanu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 41 minutes into the match, Gigel Popârcea dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Eugen Câmpeanu, 2-1. After 44 played minutes All Blacks got a freekick which was hit by Iordache Minteuan. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When Cem Fatih came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the All Blacks fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cem Fatih couldn't finish the play.
