Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Ion Tarcea got the match started through his kick off. In the 2nd minute, Lucian Crivoi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ion Aldulea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Corneliu Manciulea in the 4th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Fodorhaz's Marius Fetea got a free kick in the 6th minute. Lucian Mălăncioiu kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. In the 10th match minute, STEAUA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ovidiu Tăgorean to maneuver through the defense. In the 14th play minute Radu Papadache came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Ion Aldulea. 1-0. STEAUA's Ion Aldulea proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save STEAUA from getting a goal against them. 26 minutes into the match, STEAUA's goal looked a bit too open when Cătălin Coposu came free, but Ion Aldulea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alex Nae made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ovidiu Tăgorean in the 29th minute of play. STEAUA's Ion Aldulea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Radu Papadache in the 35th minute of play. In the 37th minute, Cătălin Coposu reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ion Aldulea. The goal made the score 2-0. Radu Papadache received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Ion Aldulea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ovidiu Tăgorean's late challenge caught a Fodorhaz's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ovidiu Tăgorean helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to STEAUA getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Ovidiu Tăgorean hit a great ball. In the 43rd minute, Lucian Crivoi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cătălin Coposu to strike the kick off in the second half. Cătălin Coposu struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Ion Aldulea didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fodorhaz. After a rather tough play, STEAUA's Ovidiu Tăgorean got a free kick in the 57th minute. Ion Aldulea stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cătălin Coposu's shot from short distance in the 61st minute. If Cătălin Coposu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 71 minutes into the match, STEAUA's goal looked a bit too open when Cătălin Coposu came free, but Ion Aldulea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Corneliu Manciulea scored 4-0 in the 72nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ion Aldulea, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Fodorhaz made a substitution. Lucian Novac replaced Marius Fetea. After having played for 77 minutes, Corneliu Manciulea managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fodorhaz's supporters crossed their fingers, but Corneliu Manciulea was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, STEAUA's Ovidiu Tăgorean got a free kick in the 78th minute. Ion Aldulea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cătălin Coposu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ion Aldulea stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cătălin Coposu's shot from short distance in the 84th minute. The referee gave Fodorhaz a penalty, 87 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Cătălin Coposu, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of STEAUA's Ion Aldulea. 5-0. In the 91st minute, Laurențiu Gârneață hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ion Aldulea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Remus Gorgan in the 93rd minute of play. In the 94th minute, Avram Măliță hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Radu Papadache fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ion Aldulea having to interfere. Radu Papadache scored 6-0 in the 99th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ion Aldulea, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Fodorhaz fully deserved thier win.
