Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Avram Bleoancă couldn't finish the play. Petrică Agachi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eray Suerdem's late challenge caught a Prejoiul's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eray Suerdem helped the player get up and apologised. In the 9th match minute, Soimii Lipova was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eray Suerdem to maneuver through the defense. 11 minutes into the match, Prejoiul's goalkeeper Claudiu Brânzeu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Filippo Lucchetti. Prejoiul's Avram Bleoancă got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Aristide Baran was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 22 minutes into the match. 21 minutes into the game, one of Prejoiul:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Mugurel Hrean placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Claudiu Brânzeu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filippo Lucchetti in the 25th minute of the match. 28 minutes into the match, Ionuț Dudea dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Claudiu Brânzeu, 1-0. Petrică Agachi struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Niculae Hristea didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Prejoiul. Dinu Nediu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Soimii Lipova's Niculae Hristea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Petrică Agachi in the 35th minute of play. After 44 minutes of play, Soimii Lipova's Eray Suerdem made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Claudiu Brânzeu was left in no man's land by his defense there!

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Petrică Agachi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Prejoiul's Claudiu Brânzeu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ionuț Dudea in the 56th minute of play. Filippo Lucchetti recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 59 played minutes Prejoiul got a freekick which was hit by Dinu Nediu. In the 61st minute of the match Mugurel Hrean sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Claudiu Brânzeu skillfully saved the ball. If Eray Suerdem had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Soimii Lipova's Filippo Lucchetti in the 74th minute got a chance for a shot 74th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Prejoiul's goalie prevented a goal. Mugur Dobrițoiu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Petrică Agachi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Prejoiul's supporters rose to their feet, but Petrică Agachi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Niculae Hristea breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
