Spectators: 5350 (Terracing: 4100, Seating: 1250, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Vali Baniciu got the match started through his kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sergiu Macavei during the 2nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Sergiu Macavei kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. Robert Baștină made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aurel Nechifor in the 5th minute. Vali Baniciu struck a weak shot in the 6th minute. Robert Baștină didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Racaciuni. Batrinu AFC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Dorin Negruț 14 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-0. In the 18th match minute, Batrinu AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edgar Ciprian to maneuver through the defense. Robert Baștină made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vali Baniciu in the 20th minute of play. After 24 minutes of play, Racaciuni's Aurel Nechifor made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Robert Baștină was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 35th play minute Traian Turceanu came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Robert Baștină. 4-0. Valentin Toacsen kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. In the 41st minute, Aurel Nechifor got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Robert Baștină was out of position in the 43 minute of play, and Vali Baniciu capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Vali Baniciu really showed his touch with that goal: 5-0. After 45 played minutes Racaciuni got a freekick which was hit by Moise Blajovan. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Valentin Toacsen to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the game, Moise Blajovan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Racaciuni's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Batrinu AFC the free kick. In the 52nd match minute, Racaciuni was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Moise Blajovan to maneuver through the defense. Adam Negrițoiu was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 53rd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 54th minute, Moise Blajovan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Vali Baniciu came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Racaciuni fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vali Baniciu couldn't finish the play. Robert Baștină showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vali Baniciu in the 65th minute of the match. Robert Baștină took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dorin Negruț, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpected shot in the 72nd minute by Paul Dragușin got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Robert Baștină made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vali Baniciu in the 73rd minute of play. 75 minutes into the match, Batrinu AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Vali Baniciu came free, but Robert Baștină reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 77 minutes into the game, Aurel Nechifor cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Robert Baștină was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 80th minute Dorin Negruț shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robert Baștină saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Robert Baștină took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vali Baniciu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Racaciuni booed when Batrinu AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valentin Toacsen didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 86th minute, Dorin Negruț made a precise shot to the right of Robert Baștină. Batrinu AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0. Batrinu AFC's Robert Baștină played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dorin Negruț in the 91st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dorin Negruț in the 93rd minute of play forced Batrinu AFC's goalkeeper Robert Baștină to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Racaciuni walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
