Spectators: 6696 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1696, VIP seats: 0) Bogdan Postelnicescu started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 3rd minute Aron Ciutacu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tudor Miulescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tudor Miulescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aron Ciutacu, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Codruț Fundătoreanu in the 9th minute of play forced Neacsa's goalkeeper Cristinel Pânzariu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tudor Miulescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aron Ciutacu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 15th minute, Costică Ciungu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cristinel Pânzariu was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Codruț Fundătoreanu in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cristinel Pânzariu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Bogdan Postelnicescu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tudor Miulescu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. In the 33rd minute, Bogdan Postelnicescu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Neacsa fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Aron Ciutacu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 46th match minute, Brailov AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tiberiu Huțanu to maneuver through the defense. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Codruț Fundătoreanu made the kick off in the second half. In the 60th match minute, Brailov AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Toader Marinescu to maneuver through the defense. Cristinel Pânzariu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Costică Ciungu in the 62nd minute of play. Aron Ciutacu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Tudor Miulescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Bogdan Postelnicescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aron Ciutacu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tudor Miulescu having to interfere. Aron Ciutacu scored 1-2 in the 81st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tudor Miulescu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Manole Dinculescu kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Aron Ciutacu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Tudor Miulescu made a huge save. In the 99th minute of the match, Niculae Zgrăbunţa got a very nice opportunity to score, but Tudor Miulescu was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The Brailov AFC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Neacsa were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
