Spectators: 7513 (Terracing: 5635, Seating: 1728, VIP seats: 150) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Viorel Soare got the match started through his kick off. With a little luck, Corbita CF's Olimpiu Jianu got control of the ball when Viorel Soare tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 4 played minutes Corbita CF got a freekick which was hit by Cristian Stratulat. David Ciuvică received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Olimpiu Jianu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 9 minutes into the match, Corbita CF's goal looked a bit too open when Pavel Stamate came free, but Olimpiu Jianu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 22 minutes, Olimpiu Jianu successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. If Leontin Trăiloiu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sorin Nae hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. In the 27th minute, Călin Calota made a precise shot to the right of Ernesto Schirru. FCSB2's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Viorel Soare in the 30thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Olimpiu Jianu, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. With his leg Olimpiu Jianu managed to avoid a goal in the 33rdth minute, when FCSB2's Viorel Soare fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Viorel Soare sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 35thth minute of the game Pavel Stamate who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Corbita CF's Olimpiu Jianu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Viorel Soare's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 42ndth minute, Olimpiu Jianu skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Viorel Soare who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 46thth minute tested the skills of Olimpiu Jianu when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When Pavel Stamate came up free with the goalie in the 48th minute, the FCSB2 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pavel Stamate couldn't finish the play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Călin Calota made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Sorin Nae had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Olimpiu Jianu. Corbita CF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sorin Nae was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Olimpiu Jianu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pavel Stamate in the 58th minute of play. 59 minutes into the match, FCSB2's goalkeeper Ernesto Schirru had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rareș Fânaru. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pavel Stamate in the 62nd minute of play forced Corbita CF's goalkeeper Olimpiu Jianu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 64th minute, Leontin Trăiloiu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Corbita CF getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Rareș Fânaru hit a great ball. In the 68th minute, Pavel Stamate left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FCSB2 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. After 71st play minutes Pavel Stamate shot 4-1, a short shot which went by Olimpiu Jianu and just under the crossbar into goal. Viorel Soare recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Olimpiu Jianu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Ciuvică in the 79th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Corbita CF's Călin Calota got a free kick in the 81st minute. FCSB2 were furious when Manuel Herea was red carded, 83 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 83rd minute, one of FCSB2:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for FCSB2. The score was 4-2 after a penalty in the 86th minute, where Corbita CF:s Mugurel Gane tricked FCSB2:s Ernesto Schirru with a difficult ball by the left post. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Viorel Soare in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Olimpiu Jianu saved Corbita CF from getting behind. In the 91stth minute of the game Sorin Nae who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Corbita CF's Olimpiu Jianu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Corbita CF's Olimpiu Jianu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Ciuvică in the 98th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 99th minute, Viorel Soare managed to get in a good position for a shot. FCSB2's supporters rose to their feet, but Viorel Soare was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Olimpiu Jianu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the referee ended the match the FCSB2 players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
