Spectators: 6707 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1707, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Manuel Lucrețiu kicked off to start the match. Samuel Rajah was a little too slow when Călin Calota got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 4th minute. The score was now 1-0. After 8 played minutes Corbita CF got a freekick which was hit by Radu Ignat. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Olimpiu Ghiondea in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Olimpiu Jianu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 15th minute the ball was on its way in behind Corbita CF's goalkeeper Olimpiu Jianu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 16th minute, Olimpiu Ghiondea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 18th minute Mihai Anisie shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olimpiu Jianu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 21st match minute, Corbita CF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristian Stratulat to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Manuel Lucrețiu in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Olimpiu Jianu saved Corbita CF from getting behind. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind Corbita CF's goalkeeper Olimpiu Jianu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 25th match minute, Corbita CF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristian Stratulat to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Corbita CF defense, Manuel Lucrețiu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Olimpiu Jianu. The Corbita CF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Olimpiu Jianu should have stopped the shot. Corbita CF's Olimpiu Jianu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manuel Lucrețiu in the 30th minute of play. Olimpiu Jianu came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by Tanacu's Maxim Tender. But to his dismay, Maxim Tender quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. A collision led to Tanacu getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Olimpiu Ghiondea hit a great ball. Samuel Rajah came out of the goal in the 45th minute to try and stop a shot by Corbita CF's Leontin Trăiloiu. But to his dismay, Leontin Trăiloiu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Olimpiu Jianu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manuel Lucrețiu in the 54th minute of the match. In the 55th match minute, Corbita CF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mugurel Gane to maneuver through the defense. Olimpiu Jianu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stelian Ghiurutan, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Olimpiu Ghiondeas short, quick shot in the 58thth minute got Olimpiu Jianu to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 60 minutes, Mihai Anisie mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tanacu and the Corbita CF players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Corbita CF booed when Tanacu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mihai Anisie didn't get a good kick on the ball. 62 minutes into the match, Tanacu's goal looked a bit too open when Mugurel Gane came free, but Samuel Rajah reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Olimpiu Jianu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Manuel Lucrețiu's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. If Olimpiu Ghiondea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Olimpiu Ghiondea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Manuel Lucrețiu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Olimpiu Jianu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Olimpiu Jianu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manuel Lucrețiu, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. 85 minutes into the match, Corbita CF's goalkeeper Olimpiu Jianu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Olimpiu Ghiondea. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rareș Fânaru during the 86th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 86 played minutes Corbita CF got a freekick which was hit by Rareș Fânaru. An unexpected shot in the 89th minute by Manuel Lucrețiu got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Manuel Lucrețiu struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Olimpiu Jianu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tanacu. If Olimpiu Ghiondea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
