Costel Tutunaru showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Filip Petcu, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. After 17 played minutes Minzalesti got a freekick which was hit by Olimpiu Constantinescu. In the 20th play minute Lucrețiu Milcu came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Costel Tutunaru. 1-1. Iustin Stanomir showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Roman in the 24th minute of the match. The supporters of Minzalesti booed when Taur AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Petruț Cerchez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Iustin Stanomir showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ján Holiga, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cristian Roman in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Iustin Stanomir prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 37 minutes, Bahy Shehab mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Taur AFC and the Minzalesti players grew even worse after the yellow card. Bahy Shehab kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. When Mihail Popa fell near the penalty area in the 40th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Minzalesti's protests and gave Mihail Popa a yellow card for diving instead. In the 40th minute, Mihail Popa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 60 played minutes Minzalesti got a freekick which was hit by Aron Lupea. Costel Tutunaru took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Filip Petcu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
